History and Notable Achievements

Village Lighthouse began as a small greeting card company in the garage of Ron Miller, its Founder, President, and CEO. After much hard work and dedication Village Lighthouse has since grown rapidly into a leading consumer products company. Its wholesale divisions now offer much more than greeting cards, and its products are now distributed internationally. Additional product lines include wall calendars, cologne, DVDs, books, magnets and other paper products. Both 10% and PROVOCATEUR have won multiple awards for its wall calendars published. 10% was a finalist in the 18th annual International Greeting Card Awards competition organized by the Greeting Card Association (otherwise known as the LOUIE Awards). Alluvial blossomed into an impressive independent film distribution company offering short film collections, feature films, documentaries and television programming. BIG Daddy was created to offer a more edgy selection of greeting cards and magnets. The e-card and event planning service OutGreetings.com was launched. Retro Ice Box Greetings became its own division of Village Lighthouse after its surging popularity as a humorous collection of retro greeting cards under the 10% brand. N10Z (Intense) added a new pheromone infused cologne called Masculinity to its product line as well.

Village Lighthouse's distribution channels are as diverse as the company itself. The products its wholesale divisions manufacture and distribute are carried internationally by over 500 accounts including small independent gift and card stores, major retail chains, mail order catalogs and online stores. Village Lighthouse has distributors located domestically as well as international distributors located in Australia, Germany and the United Kingdom whose accounts include the prestigious Paperchase stationary company. Meanwhile, Village Lighthouse continues to seek and gather new distributors throughout the world. Some key accounts and distributors include Amazon.com, Calendar Club, Netflix, Bookspan, Bookazine, Barnes & Noble, Walgreens, Borders, Baker & Taylor and Turnaround Publisher Services.
